FDI Lab is a UCSD-based bioinformatics lab composed of several projects in different biomedical disciplines. It was established in 2008 as The Neuroscience Information Framework and has since expanded to include the broader field of biomedical research.
FDI Lab is funded by the National Institutes of Health and the United States Veterans Association. Please click below to see the full list of grant numbers.
